• Taylor Lin ALIAS: Minnow DATE OF BIRTH:November 4th, 1999 AGE:18 SPECIES:Human GENDER:Female SEXUALITY:Bi • CANON INFORMATION CANON: Original Character CANON POINT: Middle of trying to escape a kidnap/murder attempt by the man that raised her HISTORY: Taylor's mother was murdered when she was three, and she was taken in by her mother's partner, the man that killed her mother, being raised as his own. When she was old enough he started to train her to be a thief like he and her mother had been. This included fighting training (hand to hand) and fire arms (small hand guns). In her free time she learned how to surf since she was being raised in Hawaii. Taylor was one of the smallest on the waves so her friends nicknamed her minnow, mostly as a joke, but she claimed it as her own thinking it was funny when she was hanging out with kids nicknamed after sharks or predatory animals. Though this didn't mean that she was some weak little thing. By the time she was sixteen she had found out that the man that raised her had killed her mother. She never knew about her father, but the winnings she had from surf competitions were spent on a private investigator, to try to find her biological father. She also pulled away from her guardian, knowing it was too late to go to the police, only because she had a small record due to her treasure hunting. Taylor just wanted to know where she came from. At this time she was able to get away from her guardian by starting college. During breaks she left the state for her own hunts, making a small name for herself, and earning her own money to pay for her college courses, breaking the last ties that she had with Jacob. When she turned eighteen she transferred to a college in Japan to get further away from him. That, was something that Jacob didn't care for. A few days before her nineteenth birthday, he hired someone to kill her. Taylor had managed to escape her would be assassin only because of a phone call, that had kept her from her dorm room longer than expected.
